Dr Heather Schnagl receives Sir James Darling Medal

Dr Heather Schnagl (AM, FACE) has been awarded the 2017 Sir James Darling Medal for “outstanding and continued contribution to education in Victoria”.

Named after the founder of the College, it is one of ACE’s most prestigious awards. Speaking to Education Today, Heather responded humbly upon receiving the award:

“I’m in shock because I don’t think I’ve done anything exceptional,” Dr Schnagl said. “My career has been a blend of good fortune and hard work. I’ve put my hand up and taken on challenges which takes courage.”
