One of the most unhelpful quotes that has been widely adopted is that “culture eats strategy for breakfast”. It sets up a false dichotomy that views strategy and culture, as if they were two alternatives. Too many organisations think culture is attended to at a Team Building session while strategy is something to focus on at the offsite planning day. The best Leaders understand the importance of organisational culture and know that it must be a key strategic pillar. Paradoxically what is often referred to as soft skills are in fact the most difficult to action. Join us for this one of a kind Leadership Masterclass that will challenge the way you look at leadership. In this interactive one-day Masterclass, you will be going beyond the traditional and long held views on leadership theory and practice. You will unpack the misconceptions, debate opposing views, and package up a suite of proven leadership tools that will truly enhance your leadership practice.
You are invited to join Strategy and Culture as they sit down to have breakfast (finally)! What will they have to talk about? Will it be a perfect match? Who WILL take the LEAD?
